The legendary 59th Street flagship. The iconic Big Brown Bag. Bloomingdale’s is a retail fashion destination with over 150 years of history-making moments.
As part of the creative marketing team, I helped grow the e-commerce business by crafting copy for the luxury home division—launching premium brands as well as creating editorial guides, email campaigns, apps and more for RTW, handbags and fine jewelry. I worked across all channels, helping launch seasonal and brand campaigns including 100% Bloomingdale’s and The Heart of New York.
As the retail landscape evolved, I joined the launch team for the Buy Online, Pickup In Store program, optimizing and enhancing mobile UX copy and implementing a new checkout flow and customer loyalty program.
In addition to creating digital and in-store content, I collaborated with key departments to help conceptualize collateral and copy for pop-up shops, leading to The Carousel @ Bloomingdale’s, Glowhaus and Wellchemist, spaces created to specifically target the millennial market.
